Many SOAK members are keen white water paddlers, and the club organises regular trips to rivers in the UK and beyond.
Trips take the form both of day trips to local rivers, and weekends away to a range of paddling venues.
We have river leaders who lead the descent and ensure appropriate safety precautions. Our aim is to provide events suitable for all levels of paddler, from first grade 1 river, to solid grade 4 adventure.
