There\u0027s a reasonable chance of you getting wet so make sure you bring a dry change of clothes and a towel.\u0026nbsp;\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eExcept for on rare occasions where we might deem it unsafe, sessions will run whatever the weather so come dressed (from the waist up)\u0026nbsp;as you would if you were going for a walk. If we do get some nice sunny evenings, either wear long sleeves or use sunblock to protect your skin. Whatever you decide to wear, avoid cotton or other absorbent fabrics that will hold on to water. Any fast drying outdoor wear should be suitable.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBecause of the walk to the river, footwear is compulsory.
